Cozy Living Spaces offers interior design and decorating services, including but not limited to consultations, space planning, material selection, and project management. The scope of services will be outlined in the project agreement between the client and Cozy Living Spaces.
All fees and payment terms will be clearly defined in the project agreement. Clients are required to make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of services.
The project timeline will be outlined in the project agreement, and Cozy Living Spaces will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will communicate any changes to the client promptly.
Clients are expected to provide necessary information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Delays caused by the client may impact the project timeline and could result in additional fees.
Changes to the project scope or design may result in additional fees and an adjustment to the project timeline. Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Cozy Living Spaces retains intellectual property rights to all design concepts and materials created during the course of the project, unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the designs for their intended purpose.
Both Cozy Living Spaces and the client agree to keep all project-related information confidential, including but not limited to design concepts, pricing, and project details.
Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. In the event of termination, Cozy Living Spaces will be compensated for work completed up to the termination date.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Telangana, India, and any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Association.
By engaging Cozy Living Spaces services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Cozy Living Spaces reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and clients will be notified of any changes.
